Fifth Sunday Potluck
October 30, 2016
Following the Worship Service
Come for a time of fellowship.
You're invited to bring a dish to share.
Gracious God, free us to receive with humility and to give with joy. Teach us to travel more simply through life. If our possessions own us, free us to trust and to share without expectation. If our need for control keeps us anxious or resentful, help us to let go. If we carry loads of guilt, may we hand it over to you for forgiveness. Prepare us for your mission. Anoint us as your peacemakers and justice doers. Amen
